Quality Control
All these components are made in factory under the supervision of Quality Control Engineer.
Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) are the buildings which are engineered at a factory and assembled at site. Usually PEBs are steel structures. Built-up sections are fabricated at the factory to exact size, transported to site and assembled at site with bolted connections.
Cement Concrete can take up immense compression but weak in tension whereas steel is good in withstanding both tension and compression.
In pre-engineered building concept the complete designing is done at the factory and the building components are brought to the site in knock down condition. An efficiently designed pre-engineered building can be lighter than the conventional steel buildings by up-to 30%. Lighter weight equates to less steel and a potential price savings in structural framework. PEBs can be delivered to a site in just 5 to 8 weeks -conventional steel structures take as much as 20 to 25 weeks to complete. The unique techniques employed during fabrication help PEBs be up-to 30% lighter than regular steel products. No welding or fabrication is required at the construction site, resulting in greater speed and efficiency.

Lower cost due to the saving in design, manufacturing and on site erection cost.
Low Maintenance due to use of standard quality of paints over steel members , which increases the ability to withstand
As all the members are Pre Manufactured & skilled labor is used for connections of different components.
